Christine Smith spent 15 years as a nanny before she ever thought about building a company. She worked with four families across the North Shore — not as a job, but as a calling.
What she noticed, over and over, was that the families who needed the most support weren't just looking for childcare. They needed someone who could walk in, see the full picture of a household, and carry it — quietly, consistently, and with real standards.
In 2006, she co-founded Nannies to Love to solve the first part of that problem. It became one of the Chicagoland area's most trusted placement agencies. But the work kept pointing her toward something larger.
