Information we collect

Account information: your name, email address, and password when you create an account.
Inquiry and membership details you share with us, such as phone number, address, household size, children’s ages, pets, and the support you are looking for.
Specialist applications: contact details, work history, references, availability, services offered, and any résumé you upload.
Service records created while we support your household, such as schedules, check-ins, tasks, and hours logged.

To match households with specialists and deliver, schedule, and manage our services.
To review specialist applications, including reference and background checks you authorize.
To communicate with you about your inquiry, membership, application, or account.
To keep our services secure and improve how they work.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Household and specialist details are shared between a family and their matched specialist only as needed to provide the service.
We use trusted service providers to run our platform and operations (for example, app hosting, email, calendar, and spreadsheet tools). They process data only on our behalf.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our clients, specialists, or others.

We keep information for as long as your account or membership is active and as needed to meet legal and record-keeping obligations.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from the Profile page in the app or on the web (Account → Request Account Deletion), or by emailing us. We complete deletion requests within 30 days.

You can review and update your profile information in the portal, or contact us to access, correct, or delete your information.
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.
